I don't think that'll ever happen. To understand why, one has to understand the Title Insurance and escrow business. to my understanding, TITL is not a Title Insurer, they are merely an agency. They make, for lack of a better word, a commission on the deals they bring to whoever produces the Policy of Title Ins. Perhaps they do the escrow also, but that is the smaller piece of the pie. Perhaps I am wrong, but that is how the agency business works where i am from.
It could become a target itself.
