I don't think that'll ever happen. To understand why, one has to understand the Title Insurance and escrow business. to my understanding, TITL is not a Title Insurer, they are merely an agency. They make, for lack of a better word, a commission on the deals they bring to whoever produces the Policy of Title Ins. Perhaps they do the escrow also, but that is the smaller piece of the pie. Perhaps I am wrong, but that is how the agency business works where i am from.

It could become a target itself.

But I do think it is time for Dustin to step up or speak out about the pps for TITL. The it firm is hired to build pps not tank it! If funding is needed then that is fine we just need easily access SS to show there is nothing to hide.
