That's all well and good, but their share "buyback" that they announced was open market purchase of 1 billion shares at .0001. Of course they stated that they INTENDED to place an order for 1 billion shares at .0001. They never said they actually placed the order or what the result was. And if it was an all or none order it could still be sitting there unfilled. Any they made no mention of placing a new order if this order never filled.
Regardless, AS = 30 billion, OS = 27.9 billion. Still a little too high for the price to go anywhere.

Way to omit the Date to mislead people. This is an old PR and all it says is that they "retired 600M shares" out of the 27B they dumped. These shares were not shares they bought on the open market.
