Surf is they are charged they get removed. Yet that assumes they are even the legit bd at this point. I don't see that based on last Sept when Jeff took over with Dean resigning and change of BOD. I don't see where Jeff as 50% of that BOD named could vote himself out. Again if they where valid BOD and officers they already have been able to sell shares. So far they have been blocked by Jeff. Will courts have to settle this? Maybe but if they are arrested they are gone for good.
