The legal standing of the officers of a corporation would have to be settled in Civil Court, not Criminal Court as far as I understand. The Grand Jury proceedings and investigations by the federal agencies are matters that lead to criminal court indictments. None of those proceedings are going to settle what are otherwise Civil Court matters.
