Before we understood she was burning the line up conversing with them and sending in various documents... Now we can start counting the lies...

My initial impression was that as well until I reread the FB comments. Nothing had been submitted. She was waiting for word back from Compliance.

I have left several messages for the director of compliance with the DTCC, I did not hear from him today. Hopefully tomorrow I can reach him and we can get some answers regarding the chill and if we will be able to get it removed.

I didn't hear back from the DTCC today but I have a contact in compliance I am trying to connect with. I know this is difficult for everyone and we are working hard to fix it as quickly as possible.

We are currently waiting to hear back from the DTCC to find out if an opinion letter is sufficient to lift the chill or if it's more complicated. We are also exploring other options should the issue with the DTCC be beyond our control to remedy.
