Peach, I've looked into this and like many can't find anything or any reason why 300 mn would sell off.
Around the board, just as a fundamental Q, did anyone who had their stocks up for sale, did they sell? If not, then the only explanation I could see is the company made a private selloff of shares. In that case, there goes the last of the float (IMO). Could be to settle a debt, could be anything.....anyone's swag (simple wild ass guess) is as good as mine. It may have been a simple settlement for the TA...another SWAG.
I've read in here, there may be a reunion, there'll be a r/s and all sorts of things. Quite frankly, when this all happened, I took a night off from the web, so I missed out. Imagine that!
As an update, I've made TM another offer, but have heard nothing back. Sent emails, skype, phone calls.....zippo. Like I've said, there are still business opportunities for AMNE, and I want to pursue them. It would have been nice to go forward with AMNE, but nothing.
As you know, our project has faced delays (several reasons), but we're still moving forward....slowly and carefully. The operations are set up and people in place (minus a couple I've been in contact in here, when the timing is right and some obstacles overcome, they'll be contacted to make the operation whole).
As for AMNE (again), if TM reads this, check your email and skype. I'll be back in the US on the 3rd for 2 weeks (taking a break!), but my phone will be on and so will my skype. The only days I wont be available 6th and the 9th. Let me know, even if it is "No" so I can move on.
