Like everyone here, I am also hoping that this mysterious surge in volume bodes well for the longs. However, in an effort not to be too overly optimistic and potentially mislead anyone, I am looking for other explanations.
Maybe this is far-fetched, but someone posted recently that there was a PENDING lawsuit. It would be interesting to know if that lawsuit was rescinded and if the sells formed the greater percentage.
