Dear Member of Our ChangeWave Family,
Man, the emails are pouring in about our "PaperClick" microcap stock, and they're the kind of emails I LOVE to get.
It's amazing how happy our ChangeWave MicroCap folks get when we're up 350% in a stock.
Sorry you missed it, but I gave you fair warning. If we get a dip to our buy-under price - and let's face it, these emerging-company stocks are volatile - I'll be sure to let you know, because this ten-bagger story isn't over by a long shot.
But I've got a better idea for you right now - one I'll gladly share in full when you accept your no-risk trial subscription to MicroCap Investor.
It's another low-priced stock, selling at about 16 cents - down a few pennies from our initial buy-- as I write. So just a small investment can pick you up a whopping number of shares. And if and when - and I believe it's more "when," not if - those shares reach $1, you've already made a small fortune.
I wrote to our ChangeWave family about this stock once before. The timing then was not critical, but it is today.
You see, we expect an announcement from the company, within the next 3-5 days, to a major commitment to its technologies and service by a large city in the U.S. southwest.
In fact, the city has already made the deal public, but that hasn't made it onto the wire services yet. And it probably won't, until this company cranks out its PR on the deal.
And it's a mighty big deal - it's a real validation for the company's business strategies and a sign of what's to come. It's interesting to note that the firm also pulled in a new refinancing deal, in a move to makes its balance sheet even stronger.
That's a sure sign that they're "prettying-up" the company for what management expects will be the real jumping off point for the stock: A move to 50 cents from here and a listing on NASDAQ.
The company just reported its fifth straight quarter of record revenue; and management is awaiting quarterly audit results, which may show that the firm posted its first-ever positive net-income.
Whether they did or not, this company is truly on the right track.
As an investment, this is no slam-dunk MicroCaps are volatile creatures, and this one's no different. But if you have some funds earmarked for aggressive growth, just a small sum invested now can turn into a pile of money.
I've attached my original message about this stock below. And you can get its name and complete buy recommendation online immediately, by accepting your no-risk trial subscription to ChangeWave MicroCap Investor now: http://changewave.com/order/mc/?acode=5FDM115&ccode=776467
If you have $2,500 to invest in big opportunities - stocks where you can turn that small sum into $25,000 or more - then I urge you to take a look at our latest recommendation at ChangeWave MicroCap Investor.
I've written several times about the "mother of all Internet growth stocks." That company has already begun its BIG move, up 120%+ so far - on its way to a likely ten-bagger.
BUT perhaps that company's story doesn't quite do it for you - although if you like big profits, I can't imagine why.
So here's another: Our newest potential ten-bagger at MicroCap Investor. A 20-cent stock quickly headed for the big time.
20 CENTS! That means you can lock up a few thousand shares with your play money. So if you can stand a little volatility in exchange for a great cocktail party story - plus huge gains over the next several years - come and join me in the fun at MicroCap Investor: http://changewave.com/order/mc/?acode=5FDM115&ccode=776467
2 WAVES FOR THE PRICE OF ONE
Operating at the nexus of the wireless and broadband telecom ChangeWaves, this company has:
...visionary management;
...a capital structure focused on high cash flow - essential for young companies that hope to grow old someday; and
After the crash, it became fashionable to scream that telecom was DEAD. What a stupid over-simplification that was. Things have simply CHANGED. And YOU can make just as much money as investors made in the early days of AT&T...
...IF - and only if - you invest on the cusp of that change.
In this new era for telecom, "convergence" is the magic word. Cable, wireless, old-telecom and ISP businesses are converging at a lightning pace. Notably, three major trends have emerged on which this company has launched its business strategy:
1) The movement toward broadband;
2) The movement toward wireless; and
3) The movement toward Internet Protocol-enabled networks -- breaking down any distinction between voice, video and data.
SUPER-COMPETITIVE
In the highly-competitive chase for the big bucks of the 21st century, bundled services have become the name of the game.
As a small, undercapitalized player battling against more powerful telecom competitors, MOBL is betting everything on its wireless technology and network. And yes, I said "undercapitalized."
We're talking microcaps, my friend. If you can't take the heat, don't come into my kitchen. Risk is part of the territory. Some companies flame out. But other 20-centers grown into $10 stocks or more.
Of course, this ain't Las Vegas. And we NEVER accept more risk than we have to. That's why I really like this company's 3-pronged strategy:
1. Because wireless is both modular and less expensive, this approach has obvious advantages over attempting to string copper, fiber optics or cable.
2. The company is now accumulating network assets which already generate a strong cash flow - which should help it avoid the deadly "cash burn" that killed so many dot-coms in the crash.
3. Plus, this firm is working to become a leading provider of service -- billing, provisioning and customer support -- for products customers buy over others' networks. More ways of making money means a much better shot at surviving AND thriving long term.
RUNNING ON ALL CYLINDERS
Let me be brutally honest: If you told me to buy this stock last year, I would have laughed in your face.
At the beginning of 2004, the firm was in a deep hole with zero revenue, negative book value and a history of operational disappointments. Talk about a terrible outlook.
But over the past 12 months, the firm has acquired 14 companies and reached a revenue run rate of $100 million with positive cash flow - yet it is currently valued at just $70 million!
HERE'S WHERE THE CASH COMES FROM (the short list)
*** Davel Communications: Its biggest acquisition to date provides cash flow and more than 40,000 access points for a nationwide wireless network. With operations in 45 states, customers include the shopping center, hospitality and health care industries.
*** CloseCall America: Launched in 1999, CloseCall America is a full-service telecom company that provides long-distance, local, digital wireless and Internet service to residential and small business customers, primarily in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Indiana and Ohio.
*** Affinity Telecom: This community-minded communications company markets local, long-distance, Internet and web hosting services, by partnering with various non-profit organizations including the American Red Cross and Special Olympics.
*** Plus several ISPs, which give this company a local presence in key markets, a nice cash flow, more management talent and a large customer base.
With cash flowing in from smart acquisitions, management is really turning up the heat in these key areas:
1. Wireless Technology
*** Breakthrough solutions for the enterprise market *** WiFi, Bluetooth & WiMax expertise *** 5 patents for wideband-CDMA "smart antenna" *** Head-start on advanced 3G chip technology.
2. Internet
*** New products for wireless data applications *** Wireless network monitoring and testing. I *** Internet security.
3. Voice
*** Wireless telecom services *** Local and long-distance services *** Voice Over Internet Protocol
Essentially, management is committed to establishing a broad reach throughout telecom - and using its established customer base to assume a leadership role in the cutting-edge services of the industry.

HERE'S THE VISION
At the end of 2004, this firm's CEO outlined some very heady goals two years down the road:
*** $500 million in revenue. *** More than one million customers. *** $80 million-plus in EBITDA. ***A large nationwide wireless network. ***A nationally known brand.
And that's just the appetizer for the feast of profits to come.
The company's long-term goals are even more ambitious. And to help fund its aggressive game-plan, management has entered into a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement with investment banking firm Cornell Capital Partners.
That means the company can now raise additional capital whenever it's required. And if management even comes close to realizing its goals over the next couple of years, we're going to have a fantastic ride.
All smooth? All risk-free? You know better than that. But this 20-cent stock stands a great shot at hitting $2.00 by 2007. And you could earn truly life-changing profits from just a small investment now.
Microcaps are a thrill. The stories are fun. And when things pan out, people get very, very rich.
If you have a few thousand dollars in risk capital handy, I invite you to join me. Get full details on this potential ten-bagger, or better, online immediately by going here now: http://changewave.com/order/mc/?acode=5FDM115&ccode=776467
YOUR GUARANTEE
I can't guarantee your profits on this pick. It's a fledgling company that still faces a number of obstacles. That's the name of the game when you own home-run capable microcaps.
But I can guarantee you'll enjoy your overall ride, or I'll give you all your money back.
Take a full 90 days to evaluate the service. If you decide -- for whatever reason -- that it's not for you, just cancel anytime in that period, even the very last day, and I'll refund every penny of your subscription cost.
P.S. This stock is NOT for beginners. And MicroCap Investor is NOT for worry-warts or crybabies.
We take the same proprietary ChangeWave Alliance research we profit by at ChangeWave Investor and apply it to the world of microcaps. A world of more risk, of course. But a world where you can also catch lightning in a bottle.
A world where $5,000 can ultimately turn into $50,000...$75,000...even $100,000 or more. Just a little bit of cash lets you dream in a really big way.
