Not really, it's just boilerplate that was copied and not sufficiently proofread. Please go to the previous quarterly and search for "split" and you'll find the same paragraphs word for word.
A few posts back I asked about an addition error in the cash flow statements. I've noticed occasional errors in their reports - things that are repeated one report to the next, when clearly circumstances have changed. In the Q3 report, they incorrectly show the total accrued liability from Note 6 as the IRS-only liability in Note 9.
Evidently, this is part of the "unaudited" landscape.
