Sense of optimism! Now that the shares are increased of course there's optimism. They can now afford to put out false PR's like they use to do in the past. When are people here going to realize that the reason why nobody is buying the technology, is because it's to expensive! Although D'Couto says the fuel cell is "commercially available" they haven't sold a single unit? None of there so called letters of intent have turned into sales, they owe the landlord a lot of money in back rent and the list goes on and on. The technology is worth nothing if nobody will spend money to buy it! The navy hasn't......When someone visits next time, ask how much per watt does the fuel cell cost? Nobody EVER asks that question.........
