Original announcement for BDIVD said they needed to trade with the "D" for 30 days, before becoming just BDVI. Atleast, that is what I recall. (Don't know if that meant 30 calendar days, or 30 trading days) This info should still be in the website announcements.

I am just thinking out loud here. But it seems like they would wait until after the "d" is removed before they announce any major news. That is assuming they have something ready. Why get the attention of new investors when you have a "d". Waiting until it is removes would be the smart play.

Also, I noticed that Jeff has 3 employees. I would think one could very well be a secretary to answer the phone and stuff. So, who could the other person be. Here is just a clue. Their website claims that they have a total of 50 years combines experience in the commercial real estate business. Jeff has about 16 years. So, togther the other two people or person must have 34 years experience. Look for the partner or eomployee to be announced. That much experience should show us a well known person in the industry.

On top of that. Their website claims that the founders are a former wall street executives, property managers, and real estate brokers. It is safe to say Jeff could be the real estate broker but who is the former wall street executive. Also they claim that this group has previously done 50 million in deals.

That is a lot of muscle for a start up company who currently has an "emty shell" value when you look at the pps. Not saying the pps should be much higher at this time. But when the "q" comes off, I think we will see this all take shape. It is early but so far so good. I should hope for a larger check for this paid pump because I could not copy and paste from their website like I did from the filing. Just kidding. I like to look at the all the pieces of the puzzle. Right now it is just a puzzle.

One more thing that caught my interest. The company is based id Fresno CA. Yet on the bottom of the home page they show the name and a small picture of : Fresno, Las Vegas, Miami, Los Angeles and San Diego. There are not any links on the pics or names. My point is the website is excellent in terms of the design and navigation. I manage some websites and I can tell you someone put some thought into this one. Not a lot of pages but it looks professional to say the least. So there may have been an imporant reason for showing these cities. Time will tell.

Also they have made a section for recent transaction and corporate fact sheet. Just says coming soon. This tells me that they have planned for the future and keeping people informed. I also like the links for the stock quote but it is not activated just yet. Could they be waiting for events before they feel that link quote is important??? Maybe.

This is just a few thoughts I had about bdvid. I am watching this one and I have a starter position in the stock. I will add more if I see future events that I like. It is early in the game.
