Nobody here is "discussing" or doubting the validity of the IDCC patents in question at the ITC. Even Nokia didn't question validity; in fact the ALJ at the ITC even ruled the patents were valid and enforceable.

The issue we are discussing here is claim's construction, which will determine infringement of IDCC's completely valid patents.
