POPN - my guess would be a quick spike to 0.002-0.0025

followed by a pullback to 0.001...a week or two of consolidation/stabilization...then, depending on any subsequent PRs, the possibility of running into the 0.004-0.005 range.

Right now the float is a little heavy, so some churn will be necessary.

I also expect volumes to increase...peaking perhaps in the 200-300 mil range...that is also necessary to spike to 0.002+.

All IMO...guesswork
