not suspicious at all. these particular institutions still own millions and millions of shares. most of their shares were purchased in the $1 range. they have made huge profits. as an institution, they have a fiduciary duty to manage their money carefully and maximize profits as best as they can. it would be foolish for them not to see some shares and lock in profits given how much they have made. wouldn't you? please notice that new institutions are also buying in even at these higher levels.
AMRN selling_ If insiders are selling because they know the results will be bed?? They will be in trouble . They know that. They have filled so many form 4s, Sec knows it. Soffinova, orbimed are reputable VC firms. As Ron said they are taking just profit. During cc they told in public about the insider selling. They wont dare it if they are doing knowingly, on the contrary it speaks of confidence that result will be good.
