exactly, just say whats really hapening is all he would had to do. no bs about r/s or buyback, if he would have said a/s increase coming so he could get the 10 m cash, people would not have liked it but you would still be able to take him for his word n now that his word is worthless how do you go by anything he says.
or the survey could have been about r/s or a/s increase, if your asking shareholders ask them about whats really on your desk.

also one of his comments was he mixed the news so new people to the stock would not buy n then find out about a/s increase. shouldn`t a ceo be more concerned about current shareholders not people who might buy in? he let new people know about increase but hide it from current shareholders, why?

im down $1,267 nothing compared to most on this board, so im not bashing or hating just stating what really happened due to ceo`s actions.

Troy is the first one to tell all about how intelligent he is. He damn well knew how every one of his PRs would be taken, badly if they were wishy washy.

He knows how to be a leader, but using misdirection, even though good on the battlefield, detracts from investors goals.

You must demand to know the identity of the funder, if it exists at all, for without the excuse for a funder to double the A/S, then all was to a lie to defraud investors of the truth of the company.

To look at it another way...

Troy tries to remain transparent with investors. He announced the R/S knowing we would need capital to expand and tried to remain transparent by doing so. Investors freaked out and filled his inbox. Troy, in trying to keep investors happy and because investors do actually hold a claim to the company, did the survey and listened to investors to cancel R/S. Now, some of us were blind, myself included, but we still needed capital, hence the increase in A/S. From his perspective, he had a plan and tried to follow it but instead changed course to try to please everyone. The fact is, we need to expand, we are going to expand. I don't think Troy is going to hand over the keys to someone else but I would think he is listening.

So, since transparency seemed to lead us down this road, would you rather he not be so transparent?
