To look at it another way...
Troy tries to remain transparent with investors. He announced the R/S knowing we would need capital to expand and tried to remain transparent by doing so. Investors freaked out and filled his inbox. Troy, in trying to keep investors happy and because investors do actually hold a claim to the company, did the survey and listened to investors to cancel R/S. Now, some of us were blind, myself included, but we still needed capital, hence the increase in A/S. From his perspective, he had a plan and tried to follow it but instead changed course to try to please everyone. The fact is, we need to expand, we are going to expand. I don't think Troy is going to hand over the keys to someone else but I would think he is listening.
So, since transparency seemed to lead us down this road, would you rather he not be so transparent?
