I can wait until the DTC lock is lifted.

I have yet to see a DTC with a global lock that has been lifted. GRDO and CRWN are not examples of a global lock.

What am I and other Scottrade users to do?

When Scottrade lift the Lock, This could sky rocket ,imo
They probably shorted it big time, Maybe DTCC stop them from trading until they can buy share from other MM, just speculating here..
