No ; I didn't think so...I for one , far prefer
'this' ( investor-friendly ) 'buy-back' option.
In addition (if they're smart) , they could
cancel-out a 100M from the 300M A/S....
at no cost at all...further boosting value.

If I borrow $100 to buy 10000 shares and those shares are worth 0,03 in a few months I triple my money. Payoff the $100.00 and have $200.00 left over
