Also, why would the sec or DTCC be interested in a financial squabble between companies? Their only concern is with trading issues. If financial squabbles between companies were cause for chill, then half of wall street should be chilled as companies make and break agreements all the time. Microsoft should have Been put on permanent chill during all the anti trust litigation of the 1990s. But that was not an sec concern. Jmo
