there most recent press release says they "secured" a contract- and states estimated earnings from it- I agree I would like proof-proof-proof. The only other thing I thought was maybe they wanted to clear the overhang first from previous shell and not have a stock trading at 20-25 cents with people that bought in at .001 cents. Lets hope S1 Filing explains everyting- They still are releasing press releases and there 3/4/11 press release had alot more details provided about there Callahan County Regular field deal with Cynergy partners. Maybe they know of a person from previous shell that had 25-50 million shares and part of the deal was that person was going to unload them and there is nothing they can do- they see the paperwork on shareholders and how many shares each of them have- so maybe they want a clean slate- at least thats what I am hoping before starting the real push higher?

The PR said, "We are excited to have secured a major contract with a Russian Refinery...".

The word "secured" has meaning and so if this was a lie then they are looking at their first lawsuit.
