I agree- secured means we should be all good! I hope I walk away from the computer now- This all could be as simple as the old shell had 100 million shares left over purchased at .001 and the people that have them -well they dont care what they get for them they are 10X times there money at 1penny so every news release is a chance to unload them- so daytraders hop in on good news and amplify the problem by realizing the stock isnt moving like they want it-also if someone has 20 million shares they can short some of them with large dumping of shares and pick them back up at a cheaper price- but it can only go on for so long in my opinion- hopefully if someone is playing the game they get caught trying to short the stock when game changing news comes out- like S1 filings etc.. and they get caught in a huge run upward- 5 DAYS of 40-50 million shares traded in a day and were up 600% and they are eventually forced to cover at a higher price. If everything pans out the way management makes me believe it will we are headed for a "huge" run higher within the next 3 months. JMO
