Hopefully we're all wrong. Maybe they just landed an $40M dollar deal. That would justify a 1 for 100 r/s. But still, why not say they have plans for uplisting? Hire an auditor, get the ball rolling.
With all the upgrades to the fundementals it could be they now want to upgrade the share holders. Maybe they figure it's not to the company's advantage to have a pool of penny stock investors with a batch of "trading shares" on the side, beating it down each time it rises a cent or two. It could possibly be that some of our business associates have expressed interest in ownership at non penny levels, Who knows?
