revocation by the SEC of the Company's securities is not
RELEVANT? ( Legal Proceedings - 10-K).
The fact that your Chairman Broudo, Board Member Ben-Asulin
and others are under indictments for falsifying 10-K and
S-8 documents? Of dumping millions of unregisterd MWIS
shares on the market via secret nominee accounts?
That they are linked to an organized pump and
dump syndicate several members of which are already
serving prison terms?
