This is not true. Scottrade told me they are unable to give the reason and said to contact the company. Shares should be available "shortly" but with no definition of what shortly is. The article you posted has very little relevance to MWIS and has been discussed extensively last week or 2 weeks ago when it first came out.

All post are of my own opinion and all traders should complete the necessary due diligence prior to any trade.
