Its damning in every sense of the word. It may not have directy accuse CCME of outright fraud but its littered with statements suggesting that the CFO & CEO systematically mis represented earnings, revenues to the extent that the share price was artificially hight. There are also suggestion that both of these crooks sold shares or benefited from the artificially high stock price
