Swamp, I'm not saying that there is no fraud here, there may well be. But this complaint is a pretty standard recapitulation of facts we already know, baked in a wrapper of standard language necessary to make out a claim under the securities laws. The only news here is the complete rupture between Starr and CCME, which Dorothy's resignation strongly suggested anyway.

Swamp - too bad you've decided to bail. Your last post sounds a lot like what has been written over on YMB and in the hit pieces of bashers and shorts throughout the course of this fiasco.

It's clear to me that assuming fraud is by far the most popular position these days even if no clear evidence has been presented that it exists. Best of luck my friend - I will continue to carry the torch for CME legitimacy until the FACTS prove otherwise.
