Not true, 'ChubbyChaser'.
The guy has been the CEO since the beginning of 2010. He was in charge of every deal APCX made in 2010. Those deals materialized into nothing. Why he should come back and make sound deals, if he didn't make any at the first? He intentionally and knowingly facilitated the massive dilution that he now claims is hurting this stock.
