APCX has been cleaning up the past of this company, we all need to stop relying on data from 2010, this is a new year. Mr. Otton's cancelled the deal and returned shares to the treasury, cleaning up debt of old deals, instructed no dilution/no R/S, and aquiring new Company's to help APCX get off the ground for the future of the business.

Not much more he can do here when he was left with such a mess, all he can do is clean it up and move forward, which is exactly what he seems to be doing.

Also, looks like he has filed all neccessary paperwork to aquire "current Status" definitely a step in the right direction if you ask me.

Next step would be to change his "TA Gagged" status that was set prior to his step into the CEO position. I will personally email him to see if this is in the future here, as it will clear a lot of cofusion
