I agree a hundred percent that the PR demonstrates the success of tweaking and that 100% efficacy (100% survival in a 100% mortality protocol) is both achievable and realistic. These goals were questioned and even ridiculed only a few weeks back. The implications for Dengue can't be exaggerated or overstated, IMO.
