why not 2 bucks? std 3 on uplisting is 2 bucks so same question could forge ahead and buy back shares it is very possible, would take alot longer than a split.main concerns now are paying off debt.

First things first ... they've got to get these notes settled first. AMEX is late 2012 at the earliest more likely 2013 - 2014. R/S to get there IMO. No matter R/S and AMEX is a distant thought at this point no matter the PR
