IT seems that CNUV has quite a bit of convertible debt out, and, if I read their latest financial correctly, they are issuing new convertible notes as they go, i.e. $73,000.00 worth last qrtr. Other than that, i haven't taken a real indepth look at it. I'm not a big fan of solar in general.

Perkins capital owns 28 million shares of CNUV. Perkins capital wouldn't be involved in a scam, they deal mostly with big boards. They are a subsidiary of Janus capital group. CNUV is OTCQB not pink sheets. Henry Fong the CEO of CNUV exchanged debt which was owed to him by the company in return for shares, the exchange put the value at $1.72 PPS.

CNUV has a full time CFO, this wouldn't be necessary if they didn't have things in the works to make money. Also check out the 60 min accum/dist, people are loading up.
