It is a big deal for the shareholders who have been with SNEY for the last six months and seen the float climb from 200 mil. They've been working hard to finally obtain in orderly climb in pps. I don't think some of them are going to be real happy to see that change.
There are many shareholders on SNEY who don't want to see this happen.

Can you please tell me where you and Admiral are getting the information on dilution and when it is supposed to take place?

Why is this even going to take place at this point? The last PR stated that they are basically debt free, so why the dilution unless Im missing something.
