I don't think 100m shares in warrants will have a large impact. The OS is currently sitting at 1.3b or at least that is the last know number.

100m would be about 7% increase. Not really that big a deal. 100m shares at 3 cents is just 3m dollars and if they pull off solid results 3m dollars is not that much.

I was giving the 3 cents as an example of market cap but here it is with the difference

3 cents before warrants = 39m dollar cap
3 cents after warrants = 42m dollar cap

Not really much of a difference.

The warrants should created restricted shares so they cannot be sold. The overall impact will not be felt right away.
