Well sort of. He said pre-production.

"We believe Robert Simoneau and Design 1st Inc. could complete Robert's vision of the pre-production unit within the first quarter 2011

I am not sure what their(WDRP's Mr. Martel) terminology is but from my past experience, a prototype is completed, tested and tweaked, then some pre-production units are made to be independently tested, UL approved, test marketed, manufacturing changes made, etc.

Do you think Mr. Martel uses the terms prototype and pre-production interchangeably?

I am confident we will get the PR announcing the prototype completion, or we will get an update on it's process toward completion.

What makes you confident? They have not done this in the past?
