It will definitely happen if SL doesn't comply. The Ch7 was a move to get him to comply. PL did not mislead anyone and is only trying to get SL to do what he agreed to do. IMO this will be resolved within a couple weeks in SH favor, and the Bioharp will be brought to market with the help of Knobbe. The people who are constantly posting the same negative post over and over again want this company to fail out of spite.
