I honestly wish I had any feel for it---the only DD I've heard of being uncovered is relating to parties involved---I have heard little to none on how the deal is actually being structured...which of course makes sense----there is/was likely only a handful of folks in the room with lawyers attached

im pretty sure we have a new team or will be getting one shortly.. who delivers the news is a good Q..it may be W's last post introducing the new , and saying his peace, he said the controling stake will be handed over.. so is retiring, or taking a working position.. well see
