Like I said, Sam knows he is wide open to a lawsuit from the shareholders. He tried to get immunity from it based on the latest court documents. Not happening. There are alot of investors that will participate. The only option Sam has is to work this out with Paul or face losing everything and then we paying us for our losses.
I will take out a front page add in the Seoul, Korea newspaper and I know a web developer that will get up a website dedicated to the class action lawsuit against Sam. We will have an english and korean site up. First, you can sign up online and claim your damages. We will also have links to multiple lawfirms and we will pick the one that can do the best job. I have a friend that is a lawayer and he lost 10,000.00 in xmdc. He said he would help for free but he suggested we get a lawfirm that specialzes in large damages. That way Sam will have to pay more money to us. So, lets see what all happens and keep all your records.
