IdoCare, cases can take up to 180 days for decisions. There is no such thing as similar cases when you look at the complexities of each case.

From the CAFC procedures it states the judges must read all the briefs before the oral argument hearing. So, the judges already were familiar with all the parties stories and the way they want to tell it.
