Good points Moe. I like the math but what was the share structure last year, 15 billion? So if you equalize the buyout offer to current a/s, then that .005 would be a bit smaller today.

But none of that matters now since buyouts are somewhat based on how much revenue can be realised. Recently they stated 500 million annual top revenue as the potential for SNRS.
Now thats a whoppin amount of cash. If its true, then that .01 even looks too small to me for a buyout offer.

When they start putting out revenue numbers, thats when this thing is really gonna rock!
