Rejecting a Buyout @ 0.005 last year means to me that they are aiming at 0.01 now especially after releasing the News(Apple,Blackberry(Rimm),25% buyout and warehouse rental) but as SIO said "Who is going to pay the MILLIONS??"

25 % Buyout = 6,375,000,000 Shares x 0.01 = 63,750,000.00 USD,

75% of the Remaining Shares = 19,125,000,000 Shares x 0.0001 =

1,912,500 USD

Market Cap = 63,750,000 USD + 1,912,500 USD =

65,662,500 USD

=> PPS = Between 0.0025 and 0.0033 .
