As I have said before jack did some unauthorized changes in the document and stole the company.
It was a huge disappointment that it was not caught by Studdard and company, but that is water under the bridge.
Now we need to look at what we can do going forward.
The biggest disadvantage we had last time was the lack of support that we had after the shareholder intimidation meeting and the lawsuits started flying.
What we need to ask ourselves this time around is in a line from The Untouchables:
"What are you prepared to do about it?"
When the legal storms started last time and the shareholder initiative was under fire people like mac40 stepped up and sent money and words of encouragement from overseas to keep the fight going.
In the end it was the mental support and the outward support by way of funds that kept me in the fight.
Now we find ourselves with a person who acts crazy at the helm and he has a criminal record and serious charges of swindling.
I have other obligations with Mark Kerzner that are much more appealing than trying to salvage this shell of a company. I have joined Mark's company, SHMsoft, (http://SHMsoft.com) which has recently produced an open source software program for Electronic discovery for the legal profession. Mark coded the program in 9 days. Yes I am working with a company now that actually codes software programs.
Even though the jack did what he did in a devious manner I still fell responsible for him being at the helm and am therefore summoning up energy to stomach another assault.
We have 2 people who have stepped forward so far; ztsambis and mac40. That is a great start. We need about 4 more to join the effort so there can be visibility into the evolution of Exobox.
I think you will see a MUCH more involved Scott Copeland in the company going forward.
