R/S SCAM Period
They keep selling shares, there's no future for the company, but only stock selling to pay bills. All the press releases are traps to sell shares until it hits 0.0001 to do r/s again.

May I ask, do you have any supportive evidence of suggesting that this company is merely an RS SCAM based upon any history in regards to the company, its officers and management team or any of their past associated companies? Something that supports your wisdom here.

Somehow I just don't see the CoroWare management team being those kind of people and I've certainly run into my fair share of the ilk in the markets. But we should watch your opinion as it is one of the microcap risks we all face.

However, with one RS on the historical table and given the economic conditions and its potential impact on the CoroWare business model, and lets not forget the background on the management team, I think that the company being an RS SCAM is a bit of a stretch of the imagination. Really.

I may have been fooled here, but I don't think so. In any case, admittedly the verdict isn't in until history speaks. And I might add, whether by intent or necessity or any combination there of, the possibility of 1s and a further RS is exactly what has driven me to pursue this possible hidden gem. I don't want to get sucked into a falling PPS and at the same time I do want to get sucked into a rising PPS. LOL

I'm looking for credibility here before I come to any negative or positive conclusions. Appreciate your perspective, whether to merely stir the pot or advise. We'll see what happens.
