No, these are still unaudited from what I could tell. There was a letter from the accountant in there that stated he did not audit any of the companies records. Only thing I noticed that was changed from the old ones was the SS. When ever they get ready to uplist, their accountant can go back and audit all the old financials so it's not really a big deal.
