Exactly. It is pathetic to say, I am not going to invest in a public co. because they are involved in litigation. I would be willing to bet that you could count on one hand the number of public company's that are not or have not been involved recently in some form of litigation. Are you going to tell me that MO has not been a great investment because they are always involved in litigation?
