j70k:"litigation is the nature of the beast" IMO you are right on. I can't speak for the Cell/Tech biz but if you don't have 3 or 4 case's going in my biz you are not making money. It would be nice to know the avg court/case load for Cell/Tech is. Old Dog might have something on that. IMO no longer than IDCC has been in biz they are not over loaded in court case's. About run of the mill.
