Maybe you are not aware of the smear campgain or maybe you might want to take a look at the fins or maybe even yet, actually look at things like the LOI, Chinese manufacturer agreements, etc.

If all else fails, look at the CEO's history when he created and brough Rhino tractors from startup to $6.5m sales in 5 years previously.
