#3834 RE: Sparks100 #3832

Sparks, I hate to agree with the guy as far as NIR's track
record goes; and, I doubt you miss his point. These guys see
every NIR-related ticker come on this board via shareholders,
probably for years now. Each poster tries to discern whether his
stock stands a chance against The NIR Group.

Everyone thinks that because some of the details of their case--
either from hearsay, corporate blather, or perhaps based in fact--
may appear to be unique that a similar outcome will follow.

So far I haven't found NIR to have lost. Admittedly I have not
gone through EVERY SINGLE case as there are many, many cases.
But, what I have learned is that NIR does not lose.

Now, although I most certainly agree with you Sparks that this
case is different, I don't have absolute confidence that HLNT
will be the first to defeat The NIR Group. I love that Shepp-Mull
is on the case AND contingency-based. That gives me a great deal
of hope & saves me from the threat of incessant dilution.

However, there is a reason these guys win every single time
out no matter the cast of characters, the ticker, &/or how the
shareholders may think & feel about the situation. I hope this is
the exception, or a positive settlement is reached (and soon) for
HLNT but....as these guys keep suggesting; it's like GROUNDHOG
day for them in here....wash, rinse, repeat,...hard to argue with
that sentiment when the results-- at least as far as I can tell--
have been on their side.

Are they due for a loss? Is HLNT's "profitability" & product
strength enough to fend off NIR in most ways others have not been
able, is the contingency the big advantage, The NIR "rat",
Humphries a key component in having already pled plus his executive
standing & knowledge, the double-sale of the software company
enough,????...I could go on, as you know, but I'll spare you
the details you are already familiar with. I hope so, but the
track record thus far is the track record for a reason-- we'll
have to wait & see. Time will tell, always does!
