I don't mistake you at all. It is nice to see where you are
coming from, though. Your seem to think that NIR is totally
unbeatable. Of course, from your response, I also take it that
you know of no case similar to the one between HLNT and NIR,
replete in all of the details. So your belief appears to be
founded on NIR's track record for cases that are not similar.
We'll just have to see how things turn out, won't we? Let's
start with Humphries Motion, which is to be heard on the 18th,
this Friday. After that, on the 24th, NIR has the opportunity
to respond to HLNT's Oppostion filing pertaining to Motion #1,
as filed by NIR, the Motion to Dismiss. Then on 28th, the actual
hearing for NIR's Motion is to take place. By then, we should
be able to see if you are right or not, and if you are not, then
comes the Depositions, and other steps in the progression of the
Counter Claim suit. Let me introduce a notion to you. What if
you are wrong. I can predict your response to being that you
could care less in any case, but let's see how that turns out
too.
