Yep. It's the experienced pinky traders just coming into this game that don't realize that is possible. Then they panic once the volume slows and dump. Forcing the pps down. Setting a sell at or above the ask where you want out is the best way to keep the run moving and forcing others to buy at the ask when they see the continued pressure on the ask whether it be a buy or sell. Also, setting a sell a tick or two above the ask is a good way to help the mojo along as well. MM's see those reachable orders and will gap up in an effort to get those shares anticipating a furthur rise. I've seen that many, many times with thinly traded stocks.
