Not sure what your looking at but there was a almost 5 million sell 41 seconds before it at .0007, and a 100k sell before that at .0007. So yes, someone sold shares at .0007, they knocked out the 7s and then another block for 5 million went through at .0006. Nothings "weird" about that, if you sell almost 5 million shares with this stock or most others its going to drop it a tick or two, which is exactly what happened here, then simply they dumped more at the new bid price of .0006 or it was someone else selling at that price...
The MMs didn't drop it down, a seller did, again they played it pretty much as clean as you would ever see them play a pinky today. This is a good sign as I do believe they will let this run nicely when news drops.
