#456 RE: Bob Zumbrunnen #455

A Wish:

Automation of the survey feature, meaning when starting a survey I should be able to enter a survey duration (e.g. 7 days), after which the survey is automatically closed and the results are posted as an "ordinary" post on the board.

Thanks

S.

Bob, one RB feature that I found useful was the ability to review my or anyone else's posting history by board. I would imagine that it has that been considered as a feature on Ihub. If it's doable, I'd love to see it here.

Idea:

Many folks never see upgrades and changes to IBoxes, at least in part because they don't know it has changed. This could be changed with something that automatically created a post on the thread anytime the IBox was changed. Alternatively, this could be a COB option. Choosing "Notify Board" would post a message that the IBox has been edited or changed.

Bob,

Bob,

I'm not sure which board is the "real" Wish List board so I will post this on both.

Is it possible to set up another search paramater or two? I was looking for a particular PM that I received but it goes back to December or January I believe. It would be great if one could search all PM's with a particular date or range of dates.

I also think it would be great to be able to search all PM's by a particular person.

Any chance of either or both of these happening??

TIA

Oh, codemonkey. I know you'll be back to do some iHub programming soon. So, one more idea to throw out there.

RB has a great concept with marking the OT posts as OT. But it doesn't do much else.

What would be great (and something to add to the premium feature set) would be to allow for filtering of posts marked as OT. Then, when you post, just have a radio button to check (default: OnTopic) to make your post offtopic.

Really, there shouldn't be too much offtopic, but it does happen. Even under Matt's censorship. :)
